If you find a defect in the products, you must notify us via e-mail as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (the delivery date is the actual date).

Our staff will receive an automatic refund request email and will be notified immediately via automatic summary email when the request is processed. Be careful because if our staff adds notes/people they will read them in the "notes" line at the end of the summary.
At this point, your request is answered as follows:

-Partly accepted
- Not accepted: An email will be sent to you with the reason for rejection.

If you need to contact our staff, please always forward the data contained in the automated emails, in particular the return number assigned to You.
All products must be returned in the same condition you received them, complete with box, booklet and warranty. Used or missing items will not be accepted for any reason.
